Are stomachs were growling at us, our mouths were as dry as bone. We had no idea what we had to do because Neither have us never been put in this situation before and no one has ever told me what to do if this ever happened. To quickly change the subject I quickly suggested,”The ice cream truck is getting farther away, we really should run and try to catch up to it.” Started running for about five minutes and realize it isn’t close so I stop and say,” Sam we should really stop, we aren't anywhere close to it.”
“ Oh come on! Have to find it, If we don’t we are going to die!” Sam yelled. Decided that I should just keep running for another ten minutes. Both of us have already have made my decision so we decide to keep running. After a long period of time of running street from street, yard to yard, we get fatigued and want to take a break. We sat down on the curb and wonder what we are going to do?
“ We should start heading back to my house then.” I suggested.
“ Ya, I think that might be a good idea,” Sam mumbled.” Do you know the way back?”
“ Sure?” I confidently said. Sam and I got up and start making our way back to the house. Have been on the street for about thirty minutes and still have found no way back at all. Then I quietly whisper something to myself, “ Shouldn’t have done this, I knew something bad would happen!”
“ What!” He yelled.
“ Should of stayed at home and done the right thing!”
“ What was the right thing to do
