For example: I believe in order to earn respect, one must give respect. Throughout life I've worked hard on my image and beliefs, so that those around me not only respect me as an individual but also respect what I believe in. One huge moral of respect I live for is respecting myself. I can never expect someone to respect me if I don’t set high standards for myself. I not only have respect for myself, but I have respect for my family, friends, coworkers, and especially for my elders. I was raised old school from my parents and grandmother. They taught me never to interrupt a conversation without saying excuse and to always wait my turn. I was also taught as a child you speak only when spoken to. A few ways I show respect to. Other examples of showing respect is by listening to my loved ones, being there for them in anything they need and never over stepping my boundaries. Being a mom is the best experience I could have. It is very important to care for your body during pregnancy because it wasn’t just me who would be affected if I stopped caring for myself. Wither it be caring for my health or caring for my physical appearance by getting dressed or doing my hair and makeup, I made sure that I care for myself because I had something growing inside me that I knew would change my life for the better. Yes, having a child is challenging, but I’ve learned to care for something so small and innocent the moment I gave birth to my daughter.
