It is also to determine either their market is potentially growth or decline. This tool also is used to be a business measurement tool as to decide such as position, potential and direction for a business. This analysis tool is implemented by many industries as to access the market for a business or organizational unit.

They are supposed to maintain Hai-O company standard by follow the law set out by the FDA with consistency. They must follow the law that regulated by this agency which is does not include any dangerous or chemical ingredients.
Therefore the companies that did not comply the law may be warning and action need to be taken, for example according to (Reuters,2013), “US FDA regulators are cracking down on 15 companies for selling products they said falsely claim to cure or mitigate the symptoms of diabetes” this products also was shipped for Asia including Malaysia. The FDA can take action to prevent the products from being sold and it can seize those made domestically and initiate criminal proceedings.
