Organizational Problems at Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS)
It is observed through several sources that RBS is currently facing several organizational problems across its different business units, procedures and activities, in which, the most important of them all consist of implementation of diversity management and technology. It is observed through Gov.uk, (2014) that the organization becomes unable to pace up with the effective diversity management issues, particularly in the area of gender discrimination. Also, Information-age, (2012) reported that the organization lacks behind effective learning sessions for its employees so that they could use the implemented technology more efficiently. As a result, the customers of RBS get suffered from mere disruption or blocking of the services.

Also, the strategy was suggested to the organization due to the major technological disruptions faced in the way of providing service to its customers. Through this, it could say that at present, the major corporate strategy of the organization is the development of technology, and consequently, develop the analytical skills of its employees. Also, being a large multinational organization, moving towards expansion, it is important to avoid from unimportant expenses and save it for the implementation of the further expansion
