A basic fundamental rule in today’s business is the ability to foresee, embrace and adapt to change, as companies are facing significant changes every day; increase of the customer demands, identification of new technologies, strong global and local competition and other political, governmental challenges. Organisations are required to be flexible with their processes, strategies, products and services, and act promptly to market needs.
