North Korea favors the proliferation of nuclear weaponry to gain political dominance and gains power from Kim Jong-Un; while the US derives its power from the strong, modern military presence. The guidance sent from the Commander of PACOM and the NSS specifies that our political objectives include; deterrence by diplomacy, leadership, and a strong military, the prevention of supplying non-states with nuclear capabilities and protecting US Citizens on foreign bases, like Japan (Harris) (NSS CITE). The military objectives from the NMS are to deter North Korea Provocation, stop production of North Korea nuclear weaponry, reduced ballistic missiles and nuclear capabilities and to locate and control the nuclear weaponry (NSS). With this end state we hope to diminish the threat towards international order and freedom of navigation. This new condition will end the provocation of nuclear weaponry created, tested, and distributed by North Korea. By changing and increasing the military presence in South Korea and neighboring US allies, updating policy and negotiation with North Korea, and improving interdiction capabilities by Japan and in the nuclear market we can prevent nuclear warfare led by North
