Human rights are the inalienable rights and aspirations of each and every individual to life, freedom from slavery and forced labour, freedom from torture and freedom from inhumane or degrading punishment. The right to own property, freedom of speech and religious association and equal rights to public services are all human rights. And once the currency devalues all sectors of the economy are affected because foreign exchange earning capacity reduces with all its negative results as Ghana for example and most nations in the south of the globe are import dependent countries and have to buy things from abroad in dollars. The result of this is an increase in the poverty margin as the dollar appreciates against the currencies of such economies constantly and the people are less able to afford the basic necessities and services of life such as FOOD, ACCESS TO MEDICAL CARE, GOOD DRINKING WATER which
