This session was a bit easier than the last two sessions. Erin and Phil are both Supine in Affection. I shared that the numbers in expressed and wanted in Affection were almost identical. It is necessary that they tell each other they love each other often and that they show physical expressions of hugs, kisses, and touches to each other. I explained that people with this temperament expected people to read their minds. We discussed the ramifications of that and how they must communicate their desires with each other rather than assuming they know what they want from each other. The idea of easily being hurt and offended was apparent in talking with them and opened some great discussion of why this should not be the case. The discussion of a Supine in Affection helped both to know they both needed to tell each other what they wanted and needed in their dealing with each other. I explained that extended into the bedroom as well as personal discussions. Since I know them well, this created some red faces, but the discomfort soon passed.

Phil is currently unmarried and living with a young lady. They have a child, and he has found employment as an operating room technician. Erin has struggled with her Christianity and has currently left the church and embraces very liberal views including the possibility of atheism. She is living on her own and has a position as marketing director for a German manufacturing company that operates here in the United States. She is addressing her health by weight loss and paying down her bills to become debt-free. We speak frequently, and she is beginning to grow in her thirst for spiritual things. My heart grieves for her, and I pray for her daily. It is my hope she will again see her need again for
