1.0 INTRODUCTION
Music festival is currently one of common activities enjoyed by everyone across generation and inspires the young generation in creating new components to enliven music industry that have existed since the evolution of music industry since 1850 which then brought drastic change to music market.
This report includes several important components which explain in details about case study of successfully organizing and setting up Music Festival in Liverpool, North West of England. The various crucial matters that require attention such as risk management, capacity of management, project management process and stages, stakeholder analysis, risk analysis and other related components as well.

This research gathers information on needs of audience and improves the project’s foundation in fulfilling the criteria of their demand. Marketing screen also include environmental scan which generally will calculate the competitiveness of opponents that exist in Liverpool. Environmental scan gathers the opponent’s info as to prevent any similar events taking place during the same time, public holidays or any other factors that can have an impact on the target market. (Allen, et al 2008, 148)
2.2 Consumer’s Decision-Making Process
Project team has implemented PIECE acronym in helping establish structure and concept of music festival. Allen et al (2008, 292) suggest the following PIECE acronym, which helps tounderstand the event consumer’s decision-making process
a) Problem recognition – Team project interpret the psychology needs of consumers between reality and fantasy. Team project analyze the desired component related to leisure when consumers intend to attend the music festival. Generally, team project identify the needs and problems faced by consumers in choosing music festival to attend.
b) Information search – team project conduct research on consumers when consumers are on search processes for leisure (including event) solutions.
c) Evaluation and selection of leisure alternatives – Team project identify factors which affect the willingness of consumers to attend the
