Project team has implemented PIECE acronym in helping establish structure and concept of music festival. Allen et al (2008, 292) suggest the following PIECE acronym, which helps tounderstand the event consumer’s decision-making process
a) Problem recognition – Team project interpret the psychology needs of consumers between reality and fantasy. Team project analyze the desired component related to leisure when consumers intend to attend the music festival.
