LTG Sattler the 1 MEF commander gave MG Natonski the mission “attack to destroy insurgents within Fallujah” and in turn gave him the freedom to make this happen without micromanaging. In turn, MG Natonski allowed the same standard for his subordinate leaders. Since TF 2-2 and TF 2-7 commanders were subject matter experts on the capabilities and limitations of their assets, they were able to better allocate assets. Using disciplined initiative to problem solve and better task organize the armored companies. More importantly as the different task force leaders identified a problem they didn’t just back brief MG Natonski,…

The Mabo Decision was the result of Eddie Koiki Mabo 's efforts to campaign for Aboriginal civil and land rights, a response to the discrimination Aboriginal communities have been subjected to in their own land, beginning from the arrival of the First Fleet and continuing to the present day despite numerous efforts. Prior to Mabo, the policies of Terra Nullius and Crown Land were seen as an unfair violation, and no representatives from the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community decided to litigate it in court until Mabo and others from Murray Island took initiative. Eddie Mabo 's campaign for civil rights succeeded through legislation such as the Mabo Decision, Native Title Act, and the Wik Decision. Their campaign was highly effective in the way of Aboriginal civil rights; the Mabo case and its subsequent outcomes became significant for the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community.…
Some of the brigade’s personnel are not “on the right seat on the right bus”, which I would immediately remove MAJ Wilson from his position of being the brigade S-4 and replace him with a competent officer who understands my guidance and intent. From the assessment, his shop is not operating effectively and there are some ethical behavior concerns surrounding this important shop. The brigade S-4 shop is decisive in beginning this change of completing the equipment reset process and overseeing the new equipment fielding required for the future regionally aligned forces mission. Failure to complete this task as the S4 shop causes the brigade to stumble out of the gate in becoming the lead force for the division. Next, I would empower the battalion and company commander’s to communicate the new brigade’s vision statement since they assisted in developing it and spread the message among the ranks.…
11… Candidate Flagg displayed a very timid approach when delivering his five paragraph order. SNC did manage to cover all facets of the operation order; however it did not make sense in several areas. No plan was generated prior to stepping to objective. In addition, SNC failed to post security. SNC did task out subordinates but Candidates looked lost.…
Orders and regulations have existed throughout the entire world dating back to even the most ancient civilization. This is because without order and regulation comes chaos and confusion, and with chaos and confusion, the United States of America as we know it today would not be present. An order is defined as an authoritative command, direction, or instruction to do something. A regulation is defined as a rule or directive made and maintained by an authority.…

The working relationship between a commander and their staff should encourage collaboration between the two. For instance, the cadre and the MS4 staff rely on the MS3s to carry out their responsibilities in order to focus their attention on the overall function of the battalion. The orders process and the TLPs ultimately improve the execution of tasks, missions, and training. For instance, labs were taught by MS3s while the MS4s were responsible for grading and providing feedback on the instruction and training.…
In occupational therapy, Model of Human Occupation (MOHO) and Person- Environment- Occupational Performance (PEOP) Model are two fundamental frameworks. MOHO was developed from 1960s onwards by Dr. Gary Kielhofner, which was the first occupation- based model to explain occupation and occupational problems, while PEOP is a client- centred and top- down model, focusing on the relationship between individual, group and community since 1980s. In this essay, these two models will be compared and contrasted in regard to their basic assumption, components and application. To begin with, MOHO and PEOP have different basic assumption.…

Background Statement I am currently the CEO of a large Health Services Organization (HSO) located at Florida. It has inpatient and outpatient services, home healthcare facilities, and a world well-known AIDS treatment center. My HSO has always enjoyed an excellent reputation, until recently someone downloaded the names of 4,000 HIV+ patients and sent the list all around the world. The board of trustees blames me for this unforeseen incident and they are so furious that they wanted me fired. I have convinced them that it would be wise to keep me to fix the HSO’s Management Information System (MIS).…

And Set iterations counter I = 0. B. Apply Fitness function: Calculating the fitness value by calculating the percentage of this particle will share in minimizing the total processing time to find the optimal solution.…
Among the literature on the MO-performance relationship, studies typically link MO with either new product success or firm performance. Although some studies examine the links between MO and new product success and between MO and firm performance at the same time, few studies specify the relationship between new product success and firm performance. The relationship among MO, new product success, and firm performance may be explained by the source-position-performance framework of Day and Wensley (1998). Some studies suggest that MO may lead to business position advantage through new product success, and in turn new product success may positively influence firms’ sales growth and market share. Several other studies also provide evidence from…
