There has always been some obstacles in the couples relationship since the beginning, but they always found a way to get passed them. Mr. Mallard liked things a certain way, and if he didn’t get what he wanted, he would get quite enraged. Poor Mrs. Mallard would end up with multiple bruises and scars, especially in the beginning of their relationship.
