Fresh graduates or perhaps students who first step into working life will spend their initial few years in the organization as individual contributors. They often apply their technical skill to work as assigned by supervisors. Individual contributors is known as administrators who build their technical skill to the extent that is recognized by managers and peers. The time application concern is working to meet the deadline by setting own time management exercise. They value the work done as expected from the line managers and on timely basis.
