The problem with goal setting is most people set high expectations for themselves without really thinking about all the possibilities and outcomes of the solution, for example if a athlete had a weight of 150 pounds and says he could lose 20 pounds in 3 days by having a set plan, a successful workout and an extreme diet doesn’t mean that it will work because it’s unrealistic in many ways. Now a better way to set a goal like this would be to start out finding out the actual weight and then to find out how much he or she would like to lose. After that research is needed to find out set workouts and food diets, it’s not always about how fast you can do something but it’s about how well you can achieve your goals and the most healthy way possible. Setting a goal on saving money can be difficult but in three steps it’s actually very satisfying; first off find out how much money you make/or the money you get, second, determine how much you need to save in order to pay off any debts and or loans.
