A) This event appeals to the audience by the ritual of dance and celebration, as this particular event is highly embraced by the younger boys introduction to adulthood. The ritual aspect of the performance contributes to the appeal of the villagers especially. This villager appeal to The Makishi Masquerade is because they find this celebration to be sacred to the village status as the celebration introduces the 8-12 year old boys to the duties of manhood.
