In congress, individuals are always seeking power and only look for what they desire. When looking at Macbeth and Lady Macbeth, they attempt and succeed at reaching power as soon as they had the chance too, despite the fact they did not bother looking at the consequences that would happen. In congress, political members take unjust and self-motivated moves only to improve themselves. Now, there are of course the good politicians, but with anything good there will be a bad side to it. The fact that Macbeth killed their leader and took over the previous king’s power is not a rational thing a normal human would do. This act causes Macbeth, along with Lady Macbeth, to be corrupt individuals who do not belong in the political system, or any system with power to control people (Act II, Scene I). Throughout history and even in today’s world we experience people trying to take over their government. An example could be how Hitler, during WWII, made himself a dictator over the country Germany. When Hitler took over slightly differs from how Macbeth took power, but nonetheless, both of these men let power get to them.
