I do perform the listening behaviors when I talk and listen to my coworker so I can remain a strong relationship with them. My coworker would tell me her view and feeling on a thing that is related to work. I would listen to it and understand where it is coming from her point of view. …show more content…
Being a listener at a work force is a place I should not judge others and I should be more caring and empathic toward the situation. I should also engage my self more so the coworker knows that the matters are important to them and me.
4. Identify situations in which you listen well and situations in which you can improve. What can you do to improve the latter?
I listen well when my manager do a morning meeting where we learn about the products and what our sale goals is. Also what we should keep doing or what we should not keep doing because everybody is quiet and ready to listen to the manger presentation and so it help me stay focus on it as well. The situation that I can improve on is listening to the customers because sometime while they are explaining to me about the situation I would have other stuff on my mind during the converse and so I want to improve on staying on focus when the customer are talking. In order to improve on it I should always be prepare to listen and make sure I am in a clear mind when someone is talking to
