Conflict whether seen as opportunity or destructive is the framework that demonstrates the variety of thought, belief systems, and perceptions that displays humanity uniqueness as individuals. Normally, when we hear the word “conflict” it has negative connotations, And we almost always view it as some type of harmful confrontation. But according to Martin and Nakayama conflict has two orientations, “Conflict as Opportunity” or “Conflict as Destructive.” (431)
We rarely see conflict as opportunity when in fact we may encounter this type of conflict on a daily basis whether it’s at work, school or home.

Lhakpa conflict was opportunity through drastic action. He want to express his heartfelt belief and to make sure that he would get the attention
