Later Starting Time Benefits

Everyone needs sleep. We cannot function without sleep.
Babie, children, teens, adults and elderly people all need sleep. It is a wonderful thing that aids us to rejuvenate our bodies and give it rest and relaxation after our hectic day.

Studies have shown that a later school time has been beneficial to the amount of information the brain retains. Many kids wake up and head straight to school without breakfast, or even being properly awake. An hour or two would minimize the stress of busy mornings.

As a child, you may remember not being able to stay awake past midnight. Now it's a daily occurrence. Sleep patterns change, sleep altering conditions arise. Sleep is different for everyone. Changing the time students go to school could be beneficial.

A later starting time would also mean a later ending time for students. Which would interfere with the activities that students care about and have a passion for.

Overall, the effect of a later starting time would be beneficial, but it interferes with other activities. If there was a way around that issue, it (this idea) could be put into use and help many
