In this stage, Diane is acting selfish and not acting obedient due to fear of punishment. Three of the members decide with Diane to not report any concerns about the deficiencies to Jessica. Haley agrees with Barbara to immediately show the deficiency to Jessica. Therefore, to maintain her self-interests, Diane has believed that the best option is to not comment the deficiency to Jessica, since she was the one in charge to find the certain error in the beginning.
