The great king Se jong was a leader in Jo-seon dynasty who is respected from then to now. Se-jong is the person who is called as The great king Se-jong instead of just Se-jong like other kings. Because of Tae-jong, the King Sejong could concentrate maintaining and developing nation. Maybe in order to be so great King Sejong it seems to have been his father's efforts. King Sejong got the position although he was fourth son. But There is not blood ironically. Since he was a kid he had a lot desires to be king and he was really clever. When his servant said to him, “The king`s sons all could be king”: In the Joseon there was a rule the king should be the first son. He did not answered then, but after he said to his father as if he did not want. It makes the king Tae-jong change his stereotype. Like this way, his will to be king and hidden efforts made him the great king. His all achievement have means in his leadership that all is for his people. Although he had defects, It does not matter because of his great achievement. Se-jong always focused learning, thought for people again and again. And If he could solve the problem, he did reached with his momentum. In the process, There existed pressure to his servants, but he motivated and joined together. The Confucianism is also a role he were to exercise leadership. He his reign and Confucian ideals were equals with the flow of the times. He was not in even anyone behind as a Confucian scholar. This point has been tuned based on the belief that people who follow the Sejong in his policy, and that those who oppose the most powerful weapon to defeat their claim.
