Individual Job Analysis: Infusion Center Staff Nurse The individual that I interviewed for this assignment was my mom, Alicia Wood. She works for St. Luke’s University Health Network (St. Luke’s) as an Infusion Center Staff Nurse. Her main job is administering chemotherapy and radiation drugs to patients on an outpatient basis. I selected my mother for this assignment because I am interested in working in the healthcare field post graduation. Although I am more interested in practice management, it is fascinating to learn about the inner workings of other positions close to my desired field.
