Many people in this generation either do not know how to cook or are too scared to cook for fear of messing something up. However, cooking is nothing to be scared of; it can be a very helpful skill to possess in day-to-day life. The best way to learn how to cooks is by starting out easy with recipes that are extremely hard to mess up, energy bites are one of those recipes.
