The top three Indian gods are Ganesha, Shiva and Krishna. The three gods all had a role to play and they all had a importance. If they didn't do their job then everything would fall apart. for example Ganeshas job was to destroy the universe in order for another god to re create it. They all represented something and worshipped something different. They all had the same time period and which was one thousand five hundred before christ through 500 common era. One of the gods was Ganesha the son of Shiva. Shiva granted him the ability that people would have to pray to him before they did anything important. His role was to worship as the god of knowledge, wisdom and health. He is the lord of success and destroyer of evil and obstacles. He was recognized as the elephant god riding a mouse. The second god is Shiva he was the most important god he represented death and dissolution. He was also known as the god of the body. He had a son his name was Ganesha. He may show goodness and serve of a protector but he also has a darker side he is the leader of evil spirits, ghosts, vampires and the master of villains. He is still worshiped by indians today because he is so important. His role is to destroy the universe in order to recreate it. He may have a good side but he also has a bad one too. …show more content…
She is the closest of the gods to the heart of the masses. She is blue skinned and will always have a flute. Krishna's flute calls at any time of the day nature which has mesmerized the tune and responds. For example, lakes overflow with water to expand their banks to reach her feet. Nature is also then covered with colorful leaves or flowers no matter what season it is. Seeing the nature and thinking that it is spring the birds begin to dance and chirp. The flute is made of bamboo and eight holes are carved into it for the sound. Krishna is known for nature and spring
