In order to lead a successful team the managers need to set two characteristic; structural conditions, task and roles, and social process. This process is also known as input-process-output. Input is defining the team’s task, roles, and compositions it is very important to define the task clearly to the groups in order to achieved the goals and get the best result.Choose the team member carefully because team’s members have to work together and responsible for the projects. Process, is define the divergent and convergent. Motivate and communicate with the groups for their progress and problems because conflict cans decrease the performance of the group, but motivation can increase it also. It is very important for team member to work with each other either it can be a face to face communication teams or virtual teams who operate outside the organization from the different countries and for them key to communication is phone call, video conferences etc. even though its hart for teams like virtual to communicate easily but by good starting point and setting up the better team form very first stages, can help to make better virtual teams than another.
