Kouzes and Posner five leadership practices provide the clear effectiveness, which is evidence based to achieve the extraordinary for any individual, institution or community, furthermore, it is widely accepted and assessment tool which is positively related with the leader effectiveness and commitment, engagement of leader (Wiley, 2017). Kouzes and Posner leadership practices has changed my perception of leadership. Before I used to start the change from other but the ‘model the way’ explains that the change starts from self. Therefore, before starting any plan for my institution I change myself first and then other will believe on me and change them. The part A include the example of my leadership in which I included the issue of new hired staff their inadequate knowledge on medication administration and the leadership practices. I provided the brief analysis of my leadership practices by using Kouzes and Posner 5 leadership practice and 10 commitments. The 5-leadership practice are: model the way, inspire a shared vision, challenge the process, enable others to act and encourage the heart. Each practice has two commitments. It also included use of these practices and commitments to develop my abilities of leadership. Kouzes and Posner leadership practice is evidence based practices that helps in achieving the extraordinary things to any individual, group or organization. It is widely used by many leaders in their personal life. In part B, I have mentioned about my creative work where I made a garden full of roses to represent the 5 leadership practices of Kouzes and Posner and explained how my creative work is related to that leadership
