Each country has their own culture by which it is difficult their culture as sometimes does not make sense and abuse from principles. However, if the culture does not stray from the principles and obligations of religion one can learn to understand and this helps in effective communication. According to Firestone & Catlett (2009), various cultures can be seen as a culture barrier to effective communication in the community and workplace. Some could not adapt with the culture of new place but some will try to adapt the new culture. Yet, it depends on oneself in adaptation and improve in communication.
Poor attitudes affect the relationships among project team members which is known as attitudinal barriers. Boundaries cause poor attitudes among people in the organizations. This lead to poor communication because people in the organization are unable to communicate with each other (Nicotera, 1993). Good attitudes give a good impression so that people will comfortable to communicate. Thus, it will enhance the effectiveness of
