I Want To Pursue My Military Career

In a Military family I learned to adjust to varying conditions. Moving, changing schools, and creating new friendships resulted in a flexible and strong personality, adaptation becoming my middle name. With both parents as military leaders, this upbringing established my core values. High School, basic training and six months of United States Army intelligence training, were my first solo steps in life. While I received life and career education in many formats some jobs were to survive, where others were a learning experience. My early occupations, volunteer work, and youth guidance set the framework whereas working in administrative, logistics, and risk management, and human resource support the positions common core position. Because of my enthusiasm to learn, adapt and achieve responsibilities outside of my job description I respectively acquire a new proficiency and experience a faster advancement in my jobs while this on the job training taught new and/or different techniques of management that I carried into my next profession. Therefore, in the summer of 2017, after my completion with MTSU I plan continue my education with the Administrator in Training (AIT). The avenue I started combined with my course set at MTSU will communicate a degree majoring in Professional Studies, with a concentration in Healthcare Administration. The achievements of past learning levels will ad in my AIT in Long Term Care which I am planning to complete at an Acts facility in Maryland. Where I will extend my management skills, refining and develop my proficiencies within this skillset. Fifteen years of management expansion and resultant proficiency has established my training and knowledge foundation.
