How Did Napoleon Fail In Animal Farm

When you think of animals, you think of being nice and friendly, but in this case they aren't.The name of the author of this novel is George Orwell, and the title of the novel is Animal Farm. Napoleon is the main character of the novel Animal Farm. Napoleon's goal is to be the leader of Animal Farm. The problem that holds him back from reaching is goal is that Snowball is currently the leader. So, Napoleon gets the 9 dogs to chase him out into the open so he won't ever go back to the farm to reclaim his throne. Then, napoleon becomes the leader of all Animal Farm. In conclusion, this story relates to many real life events that took place awhile ago. Animal Farm is an allegory, which is a story in which concrete and specific characters and situations stand for other characters and situations so as to make a point them. The main action of Animal Farm stands for the Russian Revolution of 1917 and the early years of the Soviet Union. Animalism is really communism. Animal Farm is allegorical of Russia, and the Farmer Jones is the Russian Czar. The first reason why it failed was because Napoleon began to spend money on things that weren't useful like whiskey. The second reason why Animal Farm failed was because when Napoleon took control everything began to fail. The third reason why it failed was because the animals never stood up to Napoleon to make things better. Due to these 3 reasons Animal Farm failed because of a leader that just wanted power, but put it to no good use. Therefore, Animal Farm is a failure because of a lazy leader who only focused in himself. This can benefit the reader because it's not only a children's book, but it can also be a history lesson to
