Hera, the goddess of marriage and childbirth wanted to look over married women. She wished women were not treated the way Zeus treated her. He committed adultery with many other women while being married to Hera and never truly loved her. Hera was always faithful to Zeus. She also was the queen of Olympian gods, running over heaven and earth. Often referred to as the “queen of heaven”. She had power over the skies and could give the people clear skies or give them storms. She was born from the titans Kronos and Rhea. Her siblings include Poseidon, Hades, Demeter, Hestia, and Zeus.
