Hephaestus Symbolism

Hephaestus is a Greek god. He is god of fire and craft. He has eight children. Some are Euthenia, Eupheme, and Kaberiol. Also, he is the son of Zeus and Hera. His siblings are Apollo, Artemis, Hermes, Athena, Ares, and Persephone. His wife is Aphrodite.

The symbol that he has is a hammer, tongs, and a anvil. He lives at Mount Olympus. There is a temple for him at Agoraios Kolonos hill. It is called Thissio.

At birth Hephaestus was rejected by his mother. He was thrown off Mount Olympus. He took revenge on her (tied her up in chains). Then, he married Aphrodite and lived on Mount Olympus.

He was also a great blacksmith. He created robots and many wonderous things. Those are some things about the god Hephaestus
