Ecuador is a country that provides free health care through public hospitals; however, it is not a guarantee of an efficient public health system, because there still have inequalities in the process. Although patients do not have to pay for medical attention, the medicine costs grows often and inaccesible for the poor. In a globalized world, human beings are always exposed to new illnesses. As people cross borders, diseases can become pandemic if the root of the problem is not tackle. For example, the Zika virus was discovered many years ago in a developing country nevertheless, it caused more relevance once it threaten developed countries. Usually, the gap between rich and poor is wider in rural areas where medical services becomes an utopia. The lack of a preventive culture either by ignorance or low income leads to diseases that become the main cause of death.in developing countries. Also, In some countries, clinics or private hospitals refuse to assist people without medical insurance or money, causing a sad scenario for the patient’s relatives. That is the frame where non-profit organizations play an important role in many underdeveloped countries covering areas where governments are inefficient. These institutions emerges as a real support for people with limited resources.
To conclude, the best way to solve the Global Health inequality problems is through the use of biological and social disciplines to focus on a common analysis .
