1. I think the alternatives suggested by the court of appeals were feasible. The court presented three reasonable options in which took into consideration of Hardison’s religious beliefs and in line with the seniority system and collective-bargaining contract. The first option, TWA would permit Hardison to work a four-day week while using a supervisor or another worker in his place.
