Gynecomastia is enlargement or swelling of the gland tissue of the male breast due to imbalance of the hormones estrogen and testosterone. Gynecomastia occur in Newborn, teenage years, boys going through puberty and older men. Gynecomastia can affect one or both breasts. Gynecomastia isn't a serious problem, male with gynecomastia sometimes have pain in their breasts and sometime may feel embarrassed in the front of other. Gynecomastia may go away on its own.
