The sharp correction in oil prices led to a shortage and low liquidity and a decreased in demand of goods and services.

Opportunities:
1. The decline on the oil prices have led to the creation of employment opportunities, in which some companies in Fujairah work on the restructuring and focus on investment in human capital.
2. some companies in Fujairah tend to enhance certain capabilities, which will create opportunities for employees to get a training program that enhances their capabilities to complete their task with high performance and achieve the organization's goals.
3. The economic crisis led some of companies in Fujairah to promote backstopping posts such as information technology, finance, and procurement, which lead to create good opportunities for hiring.
4. Emirates currently strategy is the economic rebalancing that will create many opportunities for the employment in different sectors, and it will contribute on the gross domestic product (GDP) of Fujairah.
