Two or three years ago when you renew bilaws that training core belong to the fire marshalls office and had a paid position and training over there structure. This orginization felt subcommitee belonged to foa. 2007 things of those issues needed to be address should have taken place with the new restructure of the fire marshalls office but the orginization did not shift as well.
