In my personal opinion, the distribution approach that P&G is a great way to keep expanding business outlets. The company is very distinguished along with being a multinational consumer goods company. Procter & Gamble uses intensive distribution market coverage to get its products on the shelves of many different stores. P&G uses in-depth distribution and marketing coverages to appease the capacity issues that merchants may encounter with their branded items. For example, the exclusionary supply chain agreement with Sam’s Club guaranteed that the only national brand of batteries sold within their warehouses would be Duracell. The company is continuously looking distribution advantages that will eventually allow themselves to become the biggest distribution center nationwide. P&G’s primary focus as a company is on shipping proficiency. The efficiency measure is dynamic as it organizes roughly over 900,000 shipments yearly for distribution to its merchant’s warehouse and delivery centers.
