develop quantifiable data to measure a return on investment (ROI). Johnson (2009) stated: A nuclear power plant training manager once told me that he justifies buying a $15M simulator by comparing the investment to the cost of a nuclear disaster. Unfortunately, it is not so straight forward to make a case for the Return-on-Investment (ROI) of maintenance fatigue interventions.…
During high-intensity exercise, the intramuscular accumulation of lactic acid has long been considered one of the most important factors in fatigue (Fitts RH.1994; Green HJ 1997; Allen DG,1995; Gladden LB.2004;Sahlin K.1986). Intense physical activity results in the production of lactate, and the accumulation of lactate in exercising muscle is thought to be a major determinant of fatigue (Hermansen L, Osnes J.1972; Stamford BA,1981). 2.1 Mechanism of muscle fatigue due to lactic acid Most researchers have argued that any detrimental effects of HLa on muscle and exercise performance are due to H+ rather than La− (Fitts, 2003, Hinzpeter. J,2014). There is a vast literature in which a decline in maximal muscle force generation is correlated…

However, this is not quite true because the National Institute of Mental and Age Concern has shown that regular and proper exercising can enhance mental health in reducing anxiety, depression and stress (Murphy, 2009). People who exercise steadily and continually also experience improved overall psychological wellbeing, as well as enhanced cognitive function (Murphy, 2009). Such positive experiences can make someone feel more outgoing, and more willing to contact with the community.
