There are several types of repetition and there are most commonly used in prose and poetry. Browning uses repetition in her poem, by expressing the love she has toward her marriage. Symbolism is a really strong literary device a lot of poets use to express the feelings they have and explain the feeling they are going to show in the poem and whom they are showing it to. Browning shows symbolism in sonnet 43 towards her relationship and how she wants things to work out between each other, meaning her husband and her. To make their love even stronger that what it is.
