Drugs change behavior and limit the ability to efficiently complete tasks. Also some evidence shows that drug dependant employees use more sick day leaves and medical benefits than other employees. This is bad for the employer in multiple ways the way the part of the drug testing is really useful for owners because they can get in trouble if they let employees in without checking if they are clean or not, the owners can get fined worth a lot of money and it's totally not worth it. In my opinion, I think they should definitely be tested and the government should make sure it becomes a law and every business owner should follow the rules if they don’t they will be fined. If the employee does drugs than the owner will order them to stop to get the job and tell them to apply for the job again in six months. Then they will do another drug test. Once you take any substance of drugs, it is in your system for 3 through 6 months and even longer if you are a heavy user.
