I first look in my text book titled " constitutional Law for Criminal Justice 14th edition, to read about double jeopardy read pages 436 to 444. Then went on line to yahoo.com and entered the search term double jeopardy came across am definition/ explanation I like from Cornell law at https://www.law.cornell.edu/wex/double_jeopardy. Also entered in the same yahoo search engine. Can someone be charged twice for the same crime in different states and found an article from find law at http://criminal.findlaw.com/criminal-rights/charged-twice-in-different-states.html. Then I went to west law which is accessed thru the Kaplan online library and researched a two cases Heath v Alabama,and Heath v Georgia. Read the cases analyze them Also entered
