Employee engagement which is one of the more important parts of the employment process, is also one that can be very complex and inconstant. There is three levels of engagement which engaged, not engaged, and the disengaged. (Bhuvanaiah, T., & Raya, R. P. 2015) Engaged employees are passionate, put forth a great effort, and are the organizations most desirable employees because they consistently show innovation and commitment.
