More importantly, Fun-Tak is the support for posters. It may not always be visible from an onlooker’s perspective, however it serves two vital jobs. They provide guidance and support to teachers, which may not always be noticeable to the school community, but this relationship allows each teacher to put their best foot forward and shine. Each poster requires a different amount of Fun-Tak and may periodically need the Fun-Tak to be repositioned, which is possible due to its durable nature. Very similarly, supervisors need to be flexible with the various situations that occur in school, and adaptable with their interactions with faculty. Supervision is differentiated leadership. Each teacher must be guided with different approaches and with various levels of assistance.
The support and flexibility given to each educator is established with a positive and professional rapport between teacher and supervisor. This can be accomplished when supervisors utilize behaviors such as listening, clarifying, encouraging, reflecting, presenting, problem solving, negotiating, directing, standardizing, and reinforcing. With proper collaboration and communication, achievement will
