PROTECTION OF RIGHTS AND INTERESTS IN PRISON FOR FORMER EMPLOYEES OF COURTS AND LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES
Abstract: This paper presents a review of special categories of convicts that are former employees of courts and law enforcement agencies regarding the possibility of protecting their rights and interests in correctional institutions. The research is based on the questionnaire materials, the authors held in special prisons, where former employees of courts and law enforcement agencies are serving a sentence of imprisonment.
