Each the Mississippians, the Mayans, the Aztecs and the Inca all paid contribution to what makes us unique today. The western Hemisphere is a cultural melting pot. The four civilizations have taught us similar things. Trade, farming, technology, and worshipping Gods were all things that were similar to each four civilizations. Each civilization believed in worshipping Gods, although they did not worship the same Gods. Each civilization had their own twist. In Technology the Mississippians built mounds, the Maya built pyramids, the Aztec built canals for traveling, and the Incas constructed 10,000 miles of highways. The Aztec used chinampas for farming unlike the Inca who used terraces. Each civilization was different and alike
