The daily balance of cost and expenses plays high importance as the existence relies on it. It is not only the organization itself that relies on funding but the employees working for the company and clientele receiving services as well. The checks and balances of the system heavily rely on all counterparts to connect as a whole, complete system. Stakeholders other than the “true beneficiaries” (such as: implementers, promoters and funders) remain highly relevant with regard to the identification of these outcomes and effects that may be expected to occur following the intervention as well as in identifying other potential stakeholders and possibly making recommendations on how to improve the program based on expert opinion. In addition, their engagement and participation through reflexive consultative processes is essential to ensure that they clearly understand the needs and perspectives of the beneficiaries, for whom the intervention is intended. These are considered gains for organizations keen on making impact in the community (Banke-Thomas et al, 2015). Placing emphasis on the social work profession in conjunction with macro budget analysis, highlights numerous efforts in which it is utilized. From non-profit agencies, outreach efforts, governmental assistance programs, public health, fundraising, to organizational structure and planning, analysis is imperative in maintaining stability to continue progression within the field. Both criteria, social welfare and budget efficiency, are relevant for conservation policy. Maximizing social welfare is certainly the ultimate goal of policy making because (at least in theory) it takes all objectives relevant to the society into account.
