Liberalism is defined as the political identify and whose main goal is to strengthen and guard the freedom of an individual. Liberalism is a belief in the support of the supreme importance of the human individual. John Locke is known as the father of liberalism. Liberal values can be traced back to as early as ancient times of Rome and Greece but, in sixteenth century, massive social changes came and due to these changes, liberal values and thoughts were evolved. There are several forms of liberalism including classic and modern liberalism and both have significantly different in many ways. Classic liberalism is defined as the political ideology that give importance to the freedom of individuals including the freedom of speech, religion, and assembly. It also emphasizes on the limited role of government in certain bounds and rules. Modern liberalism emphasizes freedoms and rights for all the people. A balance approach will be helpful in understanding the myth of classical and modern liberalism and it can only be done by a neutral approach. For a prosper, better and organized life people should be provided with the flexible and balanced polices and social justice must be ensured. The development should not be restricted to any individual, in fact overall interest must be preferred, and in this way, everyone will have an equal chance to live an organized
