Character Analysis: Raku In Las Vegas

When going out to eat at a restaurant, everyone plans on having an enjoyable and relaxing time. Often dining out can be a positive experience, but sometimes it can be the opposite. Most restaurants try their best to satisfy their customers in hopes that they are enjoy food make by their chef and customer always come back again. Especially, Raku in Las Vegas gives me a spectacular dining experience because of its wonderful service, and delicious food, even though some of their location limited and quite pricey.
Raku doesn’t open until 6pm during the week days, which gives them a lot of time to keep the place tidy. Unlike other restaurants that are open all day long, Raku is able to use their day time wisely to prepare for their service hours. Chef Endo is an artist; he’ll procure only the best seasonal ingredients and make only as many items as he and his team feel is appropriate. The small restaurant mostly decorated with dark lacquered wood, deep burgundy walls and little flourishes of lucky animals found around the hostess stand. “For the restaurant service, the four cognitive responses of "comfort", "professionalism", "speediness" and "value for money"(1). Although Raku has many supreme qualities about it, there are some things to improve. Firstly, their pricing is on the high end. Especially nowadays, going out to eat is difficult and the prices of Raku foods aren’t very attractive to few people. For example the cheapest Omakase they have is $75 per person and most expensive one $100. Along with the pricing, some will believe the amount of food that they consume are not worthy as the price they are paying. Compared to a place who has around two to three location, Raku just has one that is outside strip of Las Vegas.
