The pair went to Naboo to hide, while there Anakin professed his love for Amidala and even though she felt the same, Anakin was a Jedi and forbidden form forming attachments. During his time on Naboo Anakin experienced dreams of his mother suffering and returned to Tatooine to rescue her. He was able to track her to a camp of Tusken raiders however shortly after finding her she died in his arms. He then returned to the Jedi temple and killed many of the Jedi which included younglings and Jedi masters alike. Anakin met once more with Amidala and told her that he was going to the planet Mustafar, home of the Separatist Council to end the ongoing war. While on Mustafar he killed the leaders of the Separatist Council and sent shutdown signals which ended the ongoing Clone Wars however, unknown to Anakin, Amidala followed him to Mustafar with Obi-Wan hidden away on her ship. She had now realized that Anakin had fallen to the dark side and pleaded with him to stop but Anakin noticed Obi-Wan and became enraged believing that Amidala had betrayed
