New mass media devices such as tablets and smartphones allow users to explore mass media on the Internet effectively twenty-four hours a day. While this is all possible within Facebook, and can be possible for small businesses, the publishers / audience must be able to publish their content successfully. If that occurs, then clients / customers can openly contribute to the page with questions, reviews, concerns, and hopefully accolades for the business; this then can contribute to a social reality for the business that will help them make
