To summarize the leadership of both organizations are made up of managers and past carded athletes as such the governing body would be able to make better decisions so as to how to be able to give the best training for the carded athletes of today. The organizational culture of the organization based on the leadership of winners and managers would imply that the culture is a culture of excellence since the leaders are winners as such the athletes would be pushed to reach the same level of excellence and would be pretty much like the behavioral process of role modeling.
